1. How do I reset my password?

To reset your account password, please go to lakewoodna.org/Sys/ResetPasswordRequest. Please contact us if you know you have an account with us, but have forgotten your email address.


2. How do I login to and access my profile?

To login to the system, please click the Login button at the very top right of the website. Once logged in (your name will appear at the top right), please click your name up at the top right, then choose View Profile.


3. How do I renew my membership?

If you are within your renewal window (see #5), you can renew your membership by:

  1. Login to lakewoodna.org and access your profile by clicking View Profile
  2. Click on the button labeled Renew to MM/DD/YYYY
  3. This will generate an invoice that you can pay via credit or debit card.


4. When can I renew my membership?

As an existing member, you can renew and extend your membership for an additional year within three months of an upcoming renewal date.


5. What is my membership renewal date?

Login to your membership profile (#2), click Profile, then look for the field Renewal due on date. You can also see what date you may renew on.


6. How can I remove my credit card details?

When paying for a membership, there is a quirk in the system that prevents you from unchecking the "Store my information for later" option which results in your credit card information automatically being saved. To remove your credit card from your profile, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to lakewoodna.org and access your profile by clicking View Profile
  2. Click the link Invoices and Payments
  3. Click the button Stop recurring payments — this will remove your credit card information
